Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kyoskgo, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional policies that apply to your account or business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kyoskgo is intended for users who are 18 years or older.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date. If you manage businesses on Kyoskgo, you must only access the businesses you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Vendor responsibilities for customer data

If you operate a business on Kyoskgo, you are responsible for customer data you collect through orders, bookings, quotes, reviews, messages, payment confirmations, and customer records. Use that data only for legitimate order, support, and business operations; honor opt-outs and privacy requests; and do not export or misuse it off-platform.

Kyoskgo may process vendor-managed customer records on your behalf subject to any separate data processing agreement, where applicable, but this page is not itself a binding data processing agreement.

4. Business Listings

If you create or publish a business listing, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You must have the legal right to represent the business and to publish any images, logos, text, pricing, or catalog content you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Orders, Bookings, and Payments

Kyoskgo helps you manage discovery, orders, bookings, and related service records. Kyoskgo is currently free to use at launch, so there are no paid subscriptions or recurring billing obligations on this page.

If paid features are introduced later, additional product-specific terms will apply when those features are offered.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Kyoskgo is currently free to use, so platform refund and subscription cancellation terms are not applicable at launch. If the product later introduces paid features, this section will be updated before those features are sold.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws where they apply. You may access, export, update, and delete your own account data through Settings, subject to the retention limits described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the service or its security controls
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Publishing content you do not have rights to use
• Abusing support requests or attempting to bypass platform protections
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission

9. Intellectual Property and User Content

Kyoskgo and its branding, software, and design system belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited right to host, display, and process it so the platform can function. You are responsible for the content you publish, including business descriptions, catalog entries, images, reviews, notes, and messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
