3. Vendor responsibilities for customer data

If you operate a business on KyoskGo, you are responsible for customer data you collect (names, phones, emails, order notes). Use data only for legitimate order and support purposes, honor marketing opt-outs, cooperate with customer access/deletion requests, and do not export or misuse data off-platform. KyoskGo acts as a processor for vendor-managed customer records subject to our DPA where applicable.

4. Business Listings

If you create a business listing, you are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and lawful. You must have the legal right to represent the business. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

5. Orders & Transactions

Orders placed through the platform create a direct relationship between the customer and the business. We facilitate this connection but are not a party to the transaction. Payment is handled in person between customer and vendor.

6. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the service
Submitting false or misleading information
Scraping or automated data collection without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
